Premier IT’s Pay-as-you-go IT FUND is a cost effective scheme that enables you to pay for IT services as you require them by purchasing credits up front.
The FUND is ideal for your organisation if you:
- do not want to commit to a fixed-cost monthly fee and annual contract
- only want to pay for the services you have used, not what you haven’t
- have some internal IT resource and only require help in certain areas
- want access to highly qualified IT specialists with experience in many areas of IT
- have a limited budget to support your IT systems
- require additional support for holiday/sickness cover or peak periods
What services can I use my credit for?
Pay-as-you-go credits can be used for any of the following services:
- IT health-checks, reviews and consultancy – to identify network issues and make recommendations for infrastructure improvements
- Network Infrastructure optimisation projects – to help your infrastructure to operate more efficiently and securely
- IT Support – to provide ongoing support for your IT infrastructure and deal with any urgent issues. This could include onsite visits, helpdesk support, VPN remote access, emergency onsite visits and storage of infrastructure information
How does the scheme work?
Pay-as-you-go couldn’t be simpler:
- To start, you just purchase a bundle of pay-as-you-go credits dependent on what you feel your initial requirements will be
- Use our services as you need to. You will receive monthly statements so you always know what you have used and what balance you have remaining
- You can then top-up your FUND when it is running low or you know you have a larger project approaching
Most of our clients on this scheme use part of their initial credits to have an IT health-check/review. This enables us to fully understand your infrastructure and make recommendations for future optimisation. If you do this as part of your initial FUND, we will provide your health-check at a heavily discounted rate.
We will provide you with a pre-defined list of service costs so that you always know what you will be charged for our services. We charge on a time basis and do not include travel expenses.
As part of your Pay-as-you-go IT FUND you will also benefit from:
