A step-by-step guide to how our online backup works:

A Premier IT storage expert will attend your office, take a full backup of your data, and physically transport it to our co-location centre
For clients who wish to retain a full copy of their data, either an onsite, local vault can be installed OR our storage expert will deploy agents on your servers to take remote backups
Incremental backups will be taken, encrypted and then sent to your private vault in our co-location centre
Our solution comprises easy-to-use software that can detect, identify and report corrupt files, allowing you to keep on top of the security of your data
In the event that you need to retrieve a file, simply call the helpdesk number and your data will be sent to you in minutes, depending on the size of the file
In the event of a total loss of data, the data at the co-location centre will be taken to a temporary location of your choice
We can even arrange to allocate a temporary room for your employees to continue working, while your premises are out of action
In addition we can take images of your server hard disks to protect your data in the event that your servers fail
Once the system is set up we can simulate a disaster within a controlled environment, to ensure operations are not interrupted. We will also run regular tests for additional reassurance
